Who we are. Cosmentum is made by Imperium Marketing Solutions, LLC, 3501 SW 2nd Ave, Suite 2100, Gainesville, FL 32607.
What this site collects. When you fill out a form we keep the details you type: your name, agency, email address and anything you write in the message. We use them to reply to you and to set up your workspace if you ask for one. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to join.
Analytics. This site may use standard web analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Your data inside the product. Client records, notes, files and history you put into a Cosmentum workspace belong to your agency. We do not read them, share them or use them to train anything. You can export them or ask us to delete the workspace at any time.
