Pricing questions
What counts as a paying client?
A client whose status is active or paused. Prospects have not bought anything and former clients stopped, so neither is counted. Both keep every record and every field change forever regardless.
Does a big file library push me to the next tier?
No. Your tier reads the client count alone. If you fill your storage you buy a $29 pack for another 100 GB, not the next tier.
What happens if I pass 50 clients on Starter?
You move to Studio, which is $99 a month for the workspace. Seats stay the same price they were, which for a Founder agency is still $18.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. Founder pricing stays locked as long as the workspace stays open.
Can I resell Cosmentum to other agencies?
